Not able to activate Voice mai; and autoattend feature on CCME with CUE 2.3

hi folks,

i am not able to enable voice mail n Autoattend feature on CUE 2.3

i am able to access the web page of CUE

the initial config i've managed ..

plz find the attachment of my router config

plz help n thanks n advance

do i need to extract any file on flash to activate these features ......

Do you have the CUE configuration? On the CME side, all you need is a dial-peer for the CUE.

You should remove:

service autoattn

and

service autoattn out-bound

from dial-peer voice 1000.

On CUE, there will need a trigger for 1000 (I assume that's the auto attendant number?), pointing 1000 to the autoattendant application (or, if you ran through the initialization wizard on CUE, it would have asked you for the number of the auto attendant). If you get a 'show run' from the CUE, we can verify.
