Do you have the CUE configuration? On the CME side, all you need is a dial-peer for the CUE.
You should remove:
service autoattn out-bound
from dial-peer voice 1000.
On CUE, there will need a trigger for 1000 (I assume that's the auto attendant number?), pointing 1000 to the autoattendant application (or, if you ran through the initialization wizard on CUE, it would have asked you for the number of the auto attendant). If you get a 'show run' from the CUE, we can verify.
