Not able to Refresh MWI Status

Hi,

I am using Unity 7.0(2). I am not able to Refresh the MWI status in Subscriber >> Messages.

When I click on Refresh Status it take a infinite time with no result or Indicator lamp starts showing "MWI Request is pending".

Can someone please tell me what could be the possible cause?
