Number of Faxes Announcement

I hhave unity 3.1.1 integrated with Rightfax (I can't remember what version). When I log in, it announces, the number of messages, then the number of voice messages and emails, but does not announce the number of fax messages. What am I doing wrong?<br><br>

I don't have a fax server to test with so this is kinda a stab in the dark...

Does the Class of Service for the user have FaxMail enabled?

Just a guess...

Fax is enabled in the Class of service.
