Number of Incoming calls in CCM

Hi, Is there by any way to check the number of Incoming calls in CCM at given point of time ??

I'm not sure it's possible to track "incoming" (offnet to onnet) calls seperately, but you can see the number of active calls using the Real-Time Monitoring Tool, located under Cisco CallManager Serviceability (http://yourcallmanager/ccmservice).
