Is there a way to change the number of rings the system will wait prior to setting an Agent's state to Inactive and returning the call to the queue. Using the default ICD script from CRA3.0(3a) on CM 3.3(2)spC

Hi,
That is quite simple. Open the script with your CRA-editor.
Right-click on the Select Resource, click properties...
Adjust the timout.
Upload the script from the /appadmin pages and reload the app.
