Number of rings before forwarding?

Is there a way to set the number of rings before a call will be forwarded? I can't find anywhere to change this -- am I missing something obvious?

Service parameters:

In 3.0 it was the T302 timer.

In 3.1 they changed it to the Forward No Answer Timeout.
