Hi, i'm looking for a way to modify the number of seconds a phone ring before the call is transferred to the Voice-Mail. Call Manager 3.0(9)

Under Service Parameters for Cisco Callmanager you can change the value for the
forward-no-answer parameter (default 12)

What would really help is having this set by group and/or user. I have 100 people that want 45 seconds, I have another 100 that want 18 seconds and that other half don't know what they want.. :)
Basically nobody's happy... I guess that good.. :)

Unfort, no way to do this right now. A rigged up way is if you have multiple CMs in the cluster then you can set the parameter differently for each server and make sure that each groupo of people uses the CM with the appropriate CFNA timer. Like I said not pretty but it works.
