Obtain MWI status

Hello,

I'd like to know which is the best way to obtain the MWI status of a line.

Please specify the version you are running!

in cucm6 you can run a sql query through AXL or commandline;

select dnorpattern,ismessagewaitingon from numplan

I tried the AXL SQLQuery. I always receive this:

9042f

No matter the light is on or off.

Do you know why is this happening?

Hi,

alternatively, I think you can check the MWI state on individual lines by searching for the device (device > phone) and clicking on its IP. It should tell you whether the message waiting status is "off (no)" or "on (yes)".
