obtaining External masks configured in CallManager
We re using outbound dialing to contact customers, asking they call us. Occasionally an incorrect mask is displayed on the customers phone. It is an actual number though and when customers call they reach an unintended party. I did not set this up and have little documentation to go on. Is there any sort of report I can run in CM that can provide this detail?
