obtaining External masks configured in CallManager

We re using outbound dialing to contact customers, asking they call us. Occasionally an incorrect mask is displayed on the customers phone. It is an actual number though and when customers call they reach an unintended party. I did not set this up and have little documentation to go on. Is there any sort of report I can run in CM that can provide this detail?

Set up CDR and you will be able to pull reports off the system. It should show the calling, called etc.

CDR is at least somewhat set up, but I have not had the chance to work with CDR much or ensure how well it is set up. Is there a specific report we can run which will show the mask that was used?
