Octel 100 and Unity bridge

The customer currently has an Octel 100 and will be implementing a Unity 3.1(x) server and Unity bridge.

My questions is more on the Octel side (don't know much about this). I understand the integration from Unity to the bridge and having a Brooke trout analog card in the Bridge server that will communicate to Analog ports on the Octel....Hope I'm making sense so far.

My question is.... Is there anything the customer needs to do on the Octel 100 besides provide analog ports, etc? The rep from Octel is indicating that Unity needs to emulate "protocol 5 \ serenade".

Can you clarify on this a little so I can assure the customer that Unity can integrate with the Octel?

Thanks.

I don't know the hardware requirements on the Octel side. Octel Analog Networking works over normal analog calls so I assume no extra hardware is required but don’t quote me on that one.

We do support the Octel 100 and the Bridge is able to interoperate with their protocol ver.
