Anyone see a problem with CM and Unity integrating to an existing Octel that will also have Centrex users on it? As long as the Unity Bridge can make an analog call to the Octel subscribers we should be alright. Correct?

Yes you are correct. Networking between the Unity Bridge and Octel nodes is not dependant on the switch integrations.
