Has anyone integrated the Octel 350 with Call Manager, in production? I see a lot of literature, but haven't heard of it actually being done. If so- how difficult, any loss of features?

I would recommend it. I am running the DPA 7610. You need to load the engineering special code so your users do not complain of white noise (like static) in the voice mails. I am running an Octel 350, 144 ports, to Nortel Meridian flavor. I have had it running since November 2001, no errors/failures, knock on wood. The DPA I run averages 6000 Message Waiting (MWI) commands per day.

I am running a Octel 350 on a call manager 3.2 box. No problems encountered so far. I am using AS8 gateway with a SMDI serial connection. I the process of installing DPA 7630. We have 24 communities built on it 1 community for each company we host. We are also running WWW.messenger and Visual messenger for our users. Works great except for the faxing part wich we are working through.
