Offline analysis of CMR records

We have a CCM4.1 system which is attached to a Datatrack Eclipse Call Management System. The Datatrack collects the CDR and CMR records from the call manager, but does not provide any analysis of the CMR. Restoring the file to the CCM to look at it with the CDR Analysis & Reporting Tool is not an option as it will potentially corrupt the data in the Eclipse. I can however, get the CDR and CMR raw files as collected from the CCM by the Eclipse. Does anyone know of any way I can analyse the CMR records offline? Are there other Call Management Systems that will analyse the CMR?

Hi there. In exactly same situation. I take it that in your environment the CDR recoreds are deleted once pulled by Datatrack. I did ask them if they could leave the records in place and take copy, but they indicated they lose track of postion of records collected !!!!
