On-hold Call Notification - Call Manager 4.1(3)

This service adds an audible alert option as a reminder to the IP phone user that a call in waiting on hold. Is this option offer in regular Call Manager (I know it is offer in Call Manager Express).

see if this CCM service parameter helps:

Hold Type : This parameter determines whether the handset lamp winks or flashes when a call is on hold. Valid values specify True (handset lamp flashes) or False (handset lamp winks).

This is a required field.

Default: false.

It is a visual indication.

From the CME documentation:

This feature is not available on CCM 4.1.3,but I wish it was. This type of audible "held line" reminder is common on most TDM PBX's so hopefully it will be supported on CCM someday. I looked on the features guide for CCM 4.2 and don't see it there yet either.I'm not sure exactly what application you need this feature for but perhaps this might work:

Call Park Reversion Timer

Call Park Reversion Timer—Default specifies 60 seconds. This parameter determines the time that a call remains parked. Set this timer for each server in a cluster that has the Cisco CallManager service and call park configured. When this timer expires, the parked call returns to the device that parked the call.
