On ramp faxing

Hi, does anybody know if the following is possible?

On ramp faxing on a remote SRST gateway. If the WAN link goes down to the CCM,if the gateway is configured with an ISDN BRI back up faxes would be able to be received as the gateway can still see the exchange server. However, if we were to lose the WAN and backup dialup could we specify an internet based mail server by specifying a second "mta send server" statement?

My understanding of the OnRamp faxing application, the SMTP server that receives the faxes must be integrated with Unity so that the faxes can be distributed to the subscribers based on called number.
