One Button Login for IP Phone Agents error

Use CCM(4.1.3) and CRS(4.0.5) in my customer environment. They hope we can do this service in CCM. I try to use this document to do this kind of service. In my IP Phone(7960), if I put "services" button. It always shows

Authorization Required!

username:

password:

Enter User ID and Password

-----------------------------------------

I have no idea what's happen.Could anybody please help me? I will be crazy@.@.

Hi Brooklin,

Are you saying that you get this error as soon as you press the Services Button? If this is the case then the wrong URL has been entered in the Enterprise Parameters (URL Services), it should look like;

http://x.x.x.x/CCMCIP/getservicesmenu.asp

Where x.x.x.x is the IP Address of the Publisher.

Yes, I know this parameter. But my inquiry is that I already configured Subscriber Service in IP Phone that using Cisco IP Phone Services as follows:

http://x.x.x.x:6293/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentLogin.jsp

When I press Services Button, why always show this authorization required message?I feel Subscriber Service not work. This is my confusion. If you know how to solve it, please give me a hand. I will appreciate so much.
