I have one phone that can not see the corp directory. It was working well and still continues to work on all of my other phones. Just this one has the problem. CCM version 3.2.3es09.1 Phone load p00303020700 Any ideas?
Simply reset the phone. In my location, for some reason, it seemed like every 3rd or 4th user did not have the corporate directory listed. Just do a reset on the phones and it should then appear.
I have tried that. I have even defaulted the phone and then reset it again, with no luck.
