One way audio after an alert message

Has anyone ever experienced a one way audio after an alert message is announced to alert the caller about his call-time remaining (let say he has 1 minute left)? Only the caller can hear the receiver.

I have this problem on my AS5300 VoIP gateway to gateway interaction.

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.
