Hello, I am running CM 3.1(3a). If a user places a call on hold when they go to retrieve the call they can hear the caller but the caller can't hear them. There are no problems on the initial part of the call. My gateway is a 3640 doing H.323 with a PRI from the Telco. Any one have any ideas?
