One way audio on CCM3.3

Hey,

I am running call manager 3.3 and I have a 2610 as the voice gateway connected to the PBX running mgcp with the correct commands configured. When I place a voice call outbound towards the PRI the call connects no problem to the remote endpoint. However, if I press any key I automatically kick into one way audio. I tried debugging RTP send-recv and any ACL's. I can't pinpoint the problem.

Please help

Yes, this is a bug(Caveat), which I discovered a few weeks ago myself. you need to upgrade to the latest Call Manager spB and change to 12.2.13T3 code on the gateway and this will resolve your problem.

The service pack B will enable DTMF tones over IPphone to IP Phone, and the IOS code will fix the DTMF tones which kill the rtp audio stream.

I am getting the same issue on 12.2(15)T1. Its bug CSCea80147. You need to downgrade to 12.2(15)T or 12.2(13)T3
