One way audio on IP Communicator on wireless

I have a user who is getting one way audio on his IP communicator when he is on wireless, but when he is wired it works just fine. Other users with IP Communicator are fine both wired and wireless. Any suggestions on what Windows/Network settings to check? I am assuming that is the issue. He uses dhcp on wireless but then so do the folks who are working.

One way audio is most of the time routing isue, so just check his routing table, make some pings, probably the problem is somewhere there:)
