I'm running call manager 3.1 (3a) with 7940's and 7960's. Whenever a call is placed on hold anywhere, it becomes one-way audio after the call is resumed. The calling party can no longer hear the person that was called. This happens on both outside calls in and interoffice. I have checked my router and voice rtp send-recv is configured. There doesn't seem to be any connectivity issues with my phones to my call managers either. I have the call managers configured as Media Termination Points as well. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
