When dialling from IP Tel to an extension connected to our Mitel SX2000 PBX through gateway, the Mitel phone receives correct CLI xxxx but dialling the other way, you don't get CLI.
Sounds like the Mitel is not sending the CLI. What kind of gateway is being used, and what type of signaling. If it's an IOS gateway using ISDN, turn on debug isdn q931 and post the output.
