one-way / no-way voice path when call is terminated by gateway on both legs

hello out there.

hope anyone can help : we are having difficulties, getting a voicepath if the 3660 ( e1 controller ) terminates an ip-call on both legs. to be more precise :

- calling internal phones works perfect.

- calling from pstn to inside ip-phone works perfect.

- calling from pstn to gateway, gateway needs to contact outside ip-phone, over vpn or not, call gets signalled perfect, but at least one way has dead air.

- calling from inside over pstn to inside also has the same problems.

as far as i can see from the logs and some sniffer-traces, the outside ip-phone gets the wrong "backwards-gateway-address", namely the one of the inside-address of our 3660 ( which is configured as the h323 gateway ).

it then wants to send the packets back to the wrong ip with the correct udp-port.

did anybody else experience these problems ?

my config :

ccm 3.2.1 spB

3660 with 12.2.10b ip plus

phones with loads P00403020100(7910), P00303020100 ( 7940/7960 )

greetings, gerhard
