One Way Transmission during the call

HI,

I meet a problem at the Ip phone to call PSTN. Some ip phones have one way transmission occurs during taking the dialing out call. The symptom is the ip phone user can not listen the external phone in 1 or 2 seconds but the external phone user can listen the ip user sound.

We uses the vg200 at the gateway and connect to PRI-T1. The IOS is 12.2.11T8. The configuration of vg200 is MGCP.
