one way transmission on new IOS

Hi

I install a Vg200 for ISDN connection. I configure to MGCP and connect to T1. I have met the problem. Some voice call has one way transmission. The ip phone user can not hear voice in 1 or 2 second during the call. However, the other side can hear the voice. I have upgraded the IOS to 15.5(T5), but the problem can not be solved. Do you have any opinion to do? Upgrade other IOS or change the configuration.

Do you mean that there is a delay in the initial voice setup for the IP phone user? Can the IP phone user hear the outside caller after the initial 1 or 2 secs?
