One way voice after pressing a number key on phone
I am running Call Manager 3.3(2)spC and my 7940G's are running App Load P00303030202, Boot Load PC0303010001. I have a PRI MGCP gateway (in a 3640) connected to the customers Option81. When I make a call from an IP phone to the PSTN via the gateway to the Option 81, everything works fine. If at any time I press a key on the phone keypad, the phone stops receiving traffic so I have one-way voice where the called party hears me but I hear nothing.
This does not happen between IP phones, only when crossing the gateway to the PBX (either to a PBX phone or on to the PSTN).
Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas what would be causing this.
