one way voice

Hi,

When an outside call comes into our network via the GW and get transfered to a user ext. The user cannot hear the caller from outside, when he picks up.

The caller who initiated the call from outside, continue to hear a ring tone, even after the call has been picked up.

Any ideas

Well, from your description it doesn't look like one way voice. There is no voice at all as it seems . You can press the "i" button twice on the phone to see if RX and TX counters increase.

what kind of firewall is that?do you have any way to make a direct connection and see if the problem is still there?
