I have a situation where there is very bad "oneway" echo from IPphone to IPhone across a frame relay network. No gateways involved. Traffic shapping and QoS is being appled on the frame network. Echo is always the same direction regardless of who places call. Any Ideas why?

Couple of things:
1) Check the IP phone's speed and duplex. They should obviously match the switch. Be careful that the switch is NOT hardcoded. If it is, you will see a mismatch/errors.
2) Check that your codecs match across Call manager regions press the "i" button twice during a call)
3)Either post or email your router configs

Are both IP phones using the handset? Speaker? Headset? Which is using which?
If using the handset, has the opposite side from where the echo is heard tried to adjust the volume down and hold the handset on their ear rather than away from it? Also, which phone load is being used on each phone?
