Opening greeting busy and do not answer

Hi, <br>I have got the same message from the system " opening greeting busy and do not answer" I have already reinstall all those TSP driver and recreate the voice mail port from the CCM3.1. Then got the same error after rebooting. Is there anything goes wrong ? Pls adv.<br><br><br><br>

Any chance that you change the 'Source' in the 'greetings' menu on the Open Greeting Call Handler to 'System' rather than 'Recorded'?

Make sure to check for all the different schedules under 'Greeting' too. Sometimes folks enable the Alternate Greeting and that messes them up.
