Opening Greeting not available

I have Unity set up to zero out to the opening greeting, but when I try to zero out, the message says the greeting is busy or does not answer. I could not find the problem, so I thought I would record a new opening greeting, but when I try to do that, I can't get it to go to the phone so I can record it. I get the error message<br>Unknown problems are preventing the connection to the server<br>and<br>an error in the system log event viewer <br><br>DCOM got error "Class not registered" from computer 10.10.21.1 when attempting to activate server<br>(60EB7702-6A7A-11D1-8029-00C04FAD610B)<br><br>Unity 2.4.6.135 <br>TSP 6.0.1<br>CCM 3.1.2c<br><br>

This can be ignored.. I had it configured wrong
