Opening Greeting Plays but you can't hear it 1st t
I recently moved my CallManager and Unity boxes from a remote site to HQ. During the process the Callmanager was upgraded from 3.02(d) to 3.0(11) and the Unity from 2.4.xx to 2.4.126. Now whenever anyone calls into the main FXO #, the opening greeting plays (Unity status shows it), but you can't hear anything. I have the handler set to "After greeting, send caller to..."-->(Opening Greeting), so it loops the opening greeting. Funny thing is, 2nd time you hear it just fine. Any suggestions?<br><br>
