Operator cannot connect users for out calls

Hi,

We have installed CCME in one of our company branch. There some phones are not allowed to dial outgoing(9 dial) calls. However they should be able to dial operator and ask for a 9 dial number. but the operator is not able to transfer them to 9 dial call.

How can I solve this problem

What version CME are you using ?

Hi

Add in CCME configuration:

transfer-system blind

transfer-pattern 9T

By default transfer is available only for internal extensions.
