Please help - This customer has 3 consoles with calls routed to them via a hunt group. No changes have happened to the config or view of the operator consoles but now when a call comes into one of them and is answered it appears on the other two consoles with a red cross through the number until the console that answered the call hangs up or transfers the call, then the call disappears from the screen of the other two consoles.
Any one any ideas?
