Our operator forwards a caller via the Web Attendant to a subscriber. Forward no answer is set to VM for the subscriber. The subscriber doesn't answer and the caller is returned to the operators VM Box.<br><br>
I'm not terribly familiar with the ins and outs of the web attendnat but it sounds like Unity is getting a the operator's extension as the forwarding number instead of the subscriber the operator forwarded the call to. You can verify this by popping open the call viewer application in the unity program group and watching what we get for the calling and forwarding numbers when you do this.
