option to contact operator after leaving a message

Customer has multiple sites with an operator at each site. Zero'ing out during a call handler works fine - by mapping 0 to ring the operator's subscriber account.

The problem is after a caller has left message for a subscriber and has pressed # for more options, is there a way to control which operator the call gets routed to when 0 is pressed?

Thanks,

Kevin

Re: option to contact operator after leaving a message

The "after message action" for the subscriber will dictate which call handler or what happens when the caller finshes their message. By default this goes to the single "Say goodbye" call handler but you can map this to go to a regionally specific call handler that has 0 mapped as appropriate.

You may want to check out the "audio text applications in Unity" doc on the www.CiscoUnityTools.com documents page - it goes into some detail on what you can/can't do for simple tenant services type setups like this.
