Original ANI during transfer a call

Hi,

I have CRS 3.0.3a and ccm 3.3.

Is it possible to send to an agent desktop the original calling number instead of the CTI port number without use enterprise parameters?

I think not. You would need to keep the caller ID in a variable and then use that for both incoming and transfer screenpops.
