Original Calling Party Number on Transfered call with TAPI?
I'm developing a tapi service that does screen pops based on info received from the CiscoTSP tapi driver.
It works great for calls that are coming in either transfered from the Autoattendant or DID calls... the problem I'm having is that calls that are transfered from the attendant console or another phone to my "agents"
When the call gets alerted from TAPI, the calling party number is the transfering party, not the original caller id. After the call has been answered by my agent, the caller id that's on the screen is correct.
Is there any tapi method or call that I can use to preferably get the transfered call info, or at least "scrape" the info off the tapi driver after the call has been established?
I can't see anything in the tapi library, but that doesn't mean it's not there.
