I am useing hardware detection cd 2000.2.7a and i was able to use it to get the os on the box, but now when i try to install OSUPGRADE on the box it tells me that the hardware is not supported???

Re: OS upgrade keeps failing

Is the OS upgrade disc from the same set of discs or from another set. What does it say on the OS upgrade disc (2000.2.7sr6,8 or 2000.4.x) ?

If you have installed the OS version 2000.2.7, i would recommend you download 20004.2 upgrade file from CCO install that (3 reboots) and then put the patch 2000.4.2sr6 (downloadeable from CCO) (one reboot).
