OT: Selling thru channel partner or not?

Out of curiousity, I am interested to know roughly how much of CM (or VoIP product) is sold through Cisco's sales force and how much is sold through channel partner? Is there any website that talks about it?

being involved in AVVID since 2000, i can tell you what i've seen.

all my AVVID designs/deployments have been sold through the channel; there have been about ~30+ deployments that i can remember, from 200 to 4000 phones.

it is my understanding that if cisco has leads on AVVID projects, they will hand these over to the channel where possible.
