What does it means when message "Not Enough Bandwidth" displayed on screen.
Our communication is via F/R line.I have checked of service parameters configuration .There are no more information for trace.International connection status
os OK.
What kind of situation will be occurred and what should I going to do when happened again ?

You need to check Locations as this is where you specify the intersite bandwidth. The bandwidth value is calculated based on the Codec specified in the region configuration and IP overhead without any header compression. A G729 would need to have about 24k per call(Cannot recall exact figure) configured in CM even if it is only taking 11K on the WAN

This is a locations (CAC Call Admission Control) problem. The call is being denied due to the bandwidth configuration, so the call failure message is not enough bandwidth.
