I have seen this error before, and can't remember what I did to fix it. When I try to add a Subscriber from a remote workstation (not from the Unity server) I get an error that I am "Out of Licenses". I belive there is a registry fix, but can't remember what it was.

Please Advise.

It should not matter if you are adding a subscriber from the SA on a remote machine or the local Unity box. The licenseing error you are getting is probably caused bacause you have run out of the licenses on the COS that you are adding the subscriber into. Check the licensisng page on SA. That can give you a good idea as to what is running out.
