Outbound call failure

Below is an error message I received on my call manager. When this occurs I am unable to place a call out to the PSTN. I can call other phones in the cluster and I can receive calls from the PSTN. The error is below:

Error: RouteListExhausted - An available route not found in the indicated route list.

Explanation: An available route could not be found in the indicated route list.

Recommended Action: Add additional routes in the indicated route list. This alarm indicates a network failure or device failure..

Has anyone seen this?? If so, how do I correct it??

Any help would be appreciated.

This message is telling you that there were no availble trunks in the Route list that the IP phone used (Hamilton)? To correct this you will need to make sure that:

A) All the gateways/rout groups that you think are in the Route list are there.

B) That your trunks are not all busy at the time you need to make a call.

If this only happens from time to time and phones and that day of the week or time of day is consistant you may be running out of trunks.
