Check the External Phone Number Mask configured for the DN in CCM admin. Also, make sure that your route patterns have the "Use Calling Party's External Phone Number Mask" box checked.

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

external phone number mask configured at ccm ? if the mentioned already ON ?

Are you saying that the external phone number mask was configured or asking how to configure it? You can configure the mask by:

1. Go to https://ccm ip address/ccmadmin

2. Go to Device -> Phone

3. Find the phone that you want to change

4. Click the phone and then click the DN

5. Enter a value for External Phone Number Mask

Also, are you saying that "Use Calling Party's External Phone Number Mask" was already checked on your route patterns?

Brandon

hi brandon,

For line 5.

5. Enter a value for External Phone Number Mask

* the pilot number is 8882000 . So i'll assign 888XXXX .

Am i right?

Yes, if you assign an external phone number mask of 888XXXX and the DN is 3800 and you check to use the calling party's mask on your route patterns, then 8883800 will be sent out to the PSTN for this DN.
