Outbound Droped Calls

Hello-

I have a DT24+ as a gateway in one of the call managers, and "sometimes" users complain that they get dropped when they are on an outside call. Have anyone experienced this before, if so, please shares your thoughts with me.

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.
