Outbound FXO question

We have a retail store with 3 hunting (rotary lines) and 2 single business lines. The single business lines are used for in store sales reps as their own dedicated line with voicemail. When the sales rep makes an outbound call I want them to use their dedicated line first and then if that port is not available to use one the of the hunting lines. I also don't want the sales reps to use each others lines for outbound calling.

4FXO Ports 0,1,2 - Lines 1-3 hunting

4FXO Port 4 - Line 4 single business line - Sales Rep 1

2FXO Port 0 - Line 5 single business line - Sales Rep 2

The location has a 2801 runnig CCME and Unity Express.

The Gateway is configured on CCM as a MGCP gateway.

I am not sure if dial-peers or more route patterns is the answer.

Re: Outbound FXO question

Is it CME of CCM? You stated the location has CCME, but the gateway is MGCP? It can't be both. Please clarify. Thanks.

Re: Outbound FXO question

It might be CCM with SRST in CME mode.

Sorry for the confusion. Still figuring out the terminology.

It is CCM.
