My outbound message notificication only seems to work during regular business hours and not after hours. Where in the unity do I check to see where to set the schedule or set it to the Always open schedule.<br><br>
Each notification device has its own, independant schedule. If you go into the SA or AA you should see a schedule grid under each of the notification devices... by default they're set for 8am to 5pm out of the box.
