Hi All,
I am using ICM 4.6.2 and CM 3.2 integrated IPCC setup .
I am facing a problem with the Outgoing Call Detail entered into the database .
I am not getting any outgoing Call Detail from the Agent_Skill_Group_Half_Hour table . Also i am not able to enter the " Wrapup Data for the Call" for an outgoing call.
I doubt wheather the AgentOutCallsToHalf in the Agent_Skill_Group_Half_Hour table gets populated in by a Outgoing call which i make , which is not happening in my case .
I havent applied any Hot Fixes on the ICM .
