Outgoing calls problems

Hello I can make any call from my PBX to my IP Phones but when I want make any call from my IP phone to my PBX it doesn't work.

I get this error

Can you please run this debug and include the result here.

You should see something like this for calls originating on the router towards the PBX:

Hi

Can you please add the following configuration to the E1 controller and post the debug result again ?

interface Serial0/0/0:15

isdn bchan-number-order ascending

Also, is the E1 line on the PBX side configured to accept connections on all of the timeslots (1-31) ?
