Outlook 2007 stops responding

Outlook 2007 stops responding when attempting to open a voicemail via email. XP pro, OLK2k7, all updates.

Only occurs on 2 laptops, we have approx 90 users on lap and dekstops, only these 2 have problem. Vm gets deleted from outlook if deleting via phone. Can listen to messages via phone.

Unified Messaging is in place in Outlook Add-ins.

Im confoozled.

Is spec of laptops consistant across all users (i.e. are they all using same software versions, hardware etc.)?

Are the IP addresses in VMO configured correctly and is it the latest VMO software?
